At Achieve Villa, we understand that distress often arises from unmet needs. With our internal and external specialist support systems, we are able to meet these needs.
We also provide therapies like sensory gardening, music therapy, Lego therapy and art therapy to complement our services.
Our goal is to support our service users to attain quality independent living life skills. Our team of staff work collaboratively with families to formulate customized programs that contribute towards fostering a sense of independence for our service user.

At Achieve Villa, our major concern is the welfare and security of our residents. We adhere to the highest standards of safeguarding with a dedicated staff team who are well trained and skilled to ensure a safe environment for all. Some of our robust safeguarding procedures include:
· Recruitment Policy
Every prospective employee is subjected to thorough pre-employment checks like completion of Rehabilitation of Offenders Declaration Form and DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check. Additionally, all new staff members undergo comprehensive training on safeguarding and abuse prevention.
· Accident Policy
All accidents and injuries must be recorded and reported to either the Service Manager or On Call support. Guided by this policy, it is mandatory that we inform relevant agencies and all parties involved in the event of an accident to ensure there is an immediate response and resolution.
· Whistle Blowing Policy
Our whistleblowing policy fosters within our employees a culture of reporting any acts that may harm or endanger the welfare or safety of our residents. This policy guarantees immediate action against potential risk.
