Our Supported Internship and Employment Pathway helps neurodivergent individuals and those with learning differences develop the practical skills and support systems they need to transition from supported living into structured work placements, training, or employment.

We work with you to understand your interests, strengths, support needs, and goals.

Skills for Work Training
Learn key life and employment skills — from timekeeping, communication, and problem-solving to CV writing and interview preparation.

Supported Internship Placement
We match you with a placement partner (retail, hospitality, care, or admin) and provide ongoing 1:1 support during the internship.

Ongoing Coaching & Progress Reviews
You’ll receive weekly check-ins and coaching to help build confidence and independence.

Employment or Further Training
We help you transition into permanent employment, apprenticeships, or further vocational qualifications.

     At Achieve Villa, our major concern is the welfare and security of our residents. We adhere to the highest standards of safeguarding with a dedicated staff team who are well trained and skilled to ensure a safe environment for all. Some of our robust safeguarding procedures include:

    · Recruitment Policy

    Every prospective employee is subjected to thorough pre-employment checks like completion of Rehabilitation of Offenders Declaration Form and DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check. Additionally, all new staff members undergo comprehensive training on safeguarding and abuse prevention.

    · Accident Policy

    All accidents and injuries must be recorded and reported to either the Service Manager or On Call support. Guided by this policy, it is mandatory that we inform relevant agencies and all parties involved in the event of an accident to ensure there is an immediate response and resolution.

    · Whistle Blowing Policy

    Our whistleblowing policy fosters within our employees a culture of reporting any acts that may harm or endanger the welfare or safety of our residents. This policy guarantees immediate action against potential risk.
